What is the electric actuator ?

          The electric actuator is the terminal control unit of the automatic control system. It receives the signal from the central control room. It automatically controls the opening of the Valve or the Damper to achieve the automatic control of the temperature, flow, and pressure. 


It is composed of reducer, motor, and electrical controller.          


 Electricactuators can be divided into three categories;          

1: Quarter turn Actuator  

2: Linear Actuator  




A: Quarter turn electric actuator is mainly used to control butterfly valve, ball valve, air valve, plug valve and other quarter-turn rotary valves           
B: Linear electric actuator is mainly used to control single seat, double seat and sleeve control valve           
C: Multi-turn electric actuator is mainly used to control the gate valve, stop valve and other multi-turn valves
