Tianjin bell actuator bell-400 is used in a 420 square meter sintering machine. It uses the negative pressure generated by the operation of the main exhaust fan to burn the flame ignited on the material layer surface of the sintering machine trolley. As the trolley moves, the mixture on the trolley is burned until the end of smelting.       
There are 21 bellows under the sintering machine trolley. The air flow in the bellows can be controlled manually and remotely. When the sintering material on the trolley arrives, the bellows below shall be opened. When the mixture is full on the trolley, the bellows shall be fully opened. Because of the negative pressure state, the combustion layer on the material surface burns down until it reaches the end point of sintering, and the sintering process is over.
In the past, when the mixture was operated manually, the phenomenon of over burning or under burning often occurred. In addition to wasting the capacity of sintering machine, over burning will also burn the grate of trolley. Under firing results in the decrease of sinter quality.            

Since the use of Tianjin bell actuator, The actuator receives 4-20 mA control signal from the main control room，According to the actual needs, the opening of the bellows is automatically controlled to achieve the control of the air supply volume, so as to achieve the automatic control of negative pressure air volume. The moving speed of the sintering machine matches with the opening of the bellows, which greatly improves the output of the sintering and the service life of the sintering machine
